INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Crab Place Lobster Tails

  • Old Bay Seasoning

  • 1lb Crab Place Key West

  • Parsley

  • Pink Shrimp

  • Cilantro

  • Heavy Whipping Cream

  • Fettuccine Pasta

  • Minced Garlic

  • Seafood Stock

  • Parmesan Cheese

  • Complete Seasoning

  • Butter

UTENSILS NEEDED:

  • Mixing bowl

  • Sauté Pan

  • Large Pot

  • Whisk

  • Tongs

  • Kitchen Shears

  • Sheet Pan

  • Rubber Spatula

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • STEP 1. Devein and wash the shrimp. Place them back into their original container and season them with Old Bay, garlic powder, minced garlic, black pepper, and chopped parsley. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat then cook the minced garlic for 1-2 mins. Add the seasoned shrimp to the pan and cook for 3-5 mins., making sure to turn the shrimp at the 2min 30s mark.

  • Remove from the pan and set aside.

  • STEP 2. FOR THE SAUCE: In the same pan, add 3tbs of butter and sauté the parsley, cilantro, and garlic over medium-low heat. Pour in the heavy cream then bring to a slow simmer.

Whisk in the parmesan, mozzarella and Italian cheeses, a half cup at a time, until the sauce begins to thicken. Sprinkle in the All-Purspose Seasoning, Old Bay, garlic powder and black pepper, stir well. Allow the sauce to continue thickening to a creamy consistency, which should take about 20 mins on LOW HEAT. Stir occasionally.

  • STEP 3. FOR THE LOBSTER TAILS: Set your broiler to the lowest setting.

Thaw the Lobster Tail: If you're using frozen lobster tails, thaw them overnight in the refrigerator or place them in a bowl of cold water for faster thawing.

Prepare the Lobster Tail: Rinse the thawed lobster tail under cold water to remove any ice crystals.

Cut the Shell: Using kitchen shears, cut down the middle of the shell from the wide end to the tail fin.

Be careful not to cut into the meat.

Open the Shell: Gently spread the shell apart with your thumbs, exposing the meat. Lift the meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the tail end, and lay it on top of the shell. This butterfly method ensures even cooking and a beautiful presentation.

  • Brush melted butter generously over the lobster meat. Sprinkle with All Purpose Seasoning.

Preheat your broiler to the lowest setting.

Place the lobster tails on a broiler pan, about 4-6 inches from the heat source.

Broil for 8-10 minutes, basting with melted butter halfway through. The lobster is done when the meat is opaque and slightly charred on the edges.

    Remove from heat.

  • STEP 4. FOR THE PASTA: Bring a pot of Seafood Stock to a boil.

Toss in the Fettuccine noodles and boil for roughly 8 mins, or until the noodles are al dente then drain the pasta water. Add garlic salt and butter to the pasta and toss to combine well.

  • STEP 5. Add the shrimp back into the pan with the alfredo sauce, then toss in the pasta and mix until all the pasta is coated in the sauce. Or just place the shrimp on top of the pasta (for a better look). Plate and serve hot with the broiled lobster tail and the (optional) Garlic Parmesan Butter drizzled on top.
